Appointment Policies

Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by phone.

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in session cancellation with full charges applied.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments
• Package deals must be paid in full at the time of purchase
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Returned check fees may apply

As a client, you agree to:
